In-Person Galvanizing Plant Tour Registration - AZZ Denver

Wednesday, October 7th Afternoon

Please let us know if you will be attending. Note: Attendees will be provided with transportation to and from AZZ. Please wear appropriate plant attire such as full-length pants and closed-toed shoes. The drive from AZZ to the hotel is 30 - 45 minutes. Please indicate how many bus seats you would need. Please mark 0 if you are driving on your own.

Connecting First-Timers with Galvanizing Veterans

Is this your first time at an AGA conference? Don't get left in the dross. The Zinc Link is our low-pressure "meet and greet" program designed to pair first-time, unaccompanied attendees with experienced industry veterans ahead of the conference event. We'll match you with a seasoned attendee for a quick introduction. This isn't a "shadowing" program-there's no need to stick together all week. It's simply a way to ensure you have a familiar face in the crowd and a direct line for any rookie questions. This program is not intended for first-time attendees who will be accompanied with other coworkers and mentors.

Please DO NOT send payment. An invoice will be mailed to you upon receipt of this registration form. Cancellation/Registration deadline is September 4th 2026. Registrations after this date will be subject to the Late Registration Policy. Payment must be received by AGA no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

You must register with the hotel by Friday, September 4th, 2026, in order to get the discounted room rate. If you haven't yet, please reserve your room before they have filled up!

Late Registration Policy: Attendees will incur a $100 late fee if registering after the deadline and must register with the event coordinator directly, as additional options, activities, and tours cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before September 4th, 2026 may receive a partial refund; cancellations after September 4th, 2026 will be responsible for full payment.
