Dallas Hotel/Area Info
TechForum 2025 will be held at The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, TX October 7th-9th, 2025. The AGA has reserved a block of rooms at $299/night USD. Once the block sells out there is no guarantee the hotel will have a room or honor the group rate. We will be a full day of off-site tours on Wednesday so we are encouraging everyone to stay until Thursday for the bulk of the presentations and Master Galvanizer class. Please be sure to book your room by Friday, September 5th. Single rooms will have 1 King Bed and double rooms will have 2 King Beds.

Travel Information
The Adolphus Hotel is a 30 minute drive from Dallas Forth Worth International Airport. There is also Dallas Love Field Airport which is a 20 minute drive from Dallas to the Adolphus but only Southwest and Delta fly into Dallas Love.
The AGA does not recommend renting a car for this trip, as parking is limited and expensive in the city. There is Valet parking offered at The Adolphus for $24 daily or $60 overnight parking, they do not offer self-parking. Uber/Lyfts are readily available and AGA will provide transportation to all sanctioned events.
