Tell us about your life outside of the AGA

I live in downtown Denver, CO and try to take advantage of all the fun things to do in the city. I was born and raised in New York and attended the State University of New York at New Paltz where I received a BFA in Painting and Drawing plus a BS in Education. I still paint as much as possible but have switched my career focus to educating through marketing and design. On a personal note, I always have a new book in my hands and love finding new camping and hot spring spots in the summer.

What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned about galvanizing so far ?

Hot-dip galvanized steel provides maintenance-free performance for 70 years or more making it more sustainable than other steel coatings. Plus, the zinc coating and steel are recyclable!

I have been to over 150 concerts and plan on going to many more once we’re able to.
