The AGA along with member galvanizers AZZ Metal Coatings, South Atlantic Galvanizing, Valmont Coatings, and V&S Galvanizing attended NASCC: The Steel Show in Denver, CO on March 23-25. Together, they held the Galvanizing Games which included different games at each booth for conference attendees to participate in with chances to win prizes. There were close to 100 participants that stopped by each booth and was a huge success. First place won a $500 VISA gift card with a score of 95/100! There were prizes for second and third places, plus a random drawing for a $500 VISA gift card. The AGA and member galvanizers are considering similar events for future popular tradeshows.

AGA's Technical Director, Alana Fossa presented alongside Scott Armburst with LeJeune Steel on Changes to AESS in the Code of Standard Practice at NASCC: The Steel Conference. The presentation was also live-streamed to NASCC's virtual attendees. Upcoming revisions to the Code of Standard Practice that impact AESS specification were discussed, followed by an overview of AGA’s Modified AESS Category Matrix for HDG using the AESS Custom category. Alana described best practices and AGA resources available to achieve elevated aesthetics for HDG AESS projects while facilitating an extended Q&A session.
