Dear Melissa. Congratulations on your promotion to ED, please pass on my best wishes to Phil who during the time I was the Technical Marketing Director of Hot Dip Galvanizers Association Southern Africa (HDGASA), considerably helped me with interesting projects taken from your annual awards event to flight in the HDGASA magazine Hot Dip Galvanizing Today under the annual World of HDG around us. It was always a pleasure looking through the exciting projects that the members of AGA got involved in. While I have retired from the HDGASA but since late in 2015 was appointed as editor and producer of Corrosion Exclusively (CE) a quarterly magazine for the Corrosion Institute of Southern Africa. I have thoroughly enjoyed this role particularly as I have ensured that hot dip galvanizing (which I am still extremely passionate about), is given the exposure to our readers that it deserves. With this in mind we would greatly appreciate you allowing us to re-use some of your awards projects in subsequent editions of CE. Back issue copies can be viewed on www.corrosioninstitute.org.za/category. Thank for your consideration. We look forward to your response?
