Condolences to Jeremy Woolridge Family

We are saddened to share the passing of Jeremy Woolridge, who died peacefully in the hospital on Wednesday, July 15. Jeremy was the Executive Chairman of B.E. Wedge Holdings Ltd. and Wedge Group Galvanizing Ltd. He joined Wedge in 1965, and over his sixty years in the industry grew Wedge Group into the largest nationwide galvanizer in the UK, and expanded into Europe and the USA. During his career, Jeremy also served as Chairman of the UK and Ireland Galvanizers Association (GA) and President of the European General Galvanizers Association (EGGA). He was a true titan in the worldwide galvanizing industry and he has left an enduring impact on so many who knew him.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time. A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 13, at 10:30 a.m. at Telford Crematorium, Woodhouse Lane, Redhill, Telford, TF2 9NJ. A wake will follow at The Mount Hotel, Mount Road, Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton, WV6 8HL.
