Seminar Details

The course material is appropriate from General Managers to racking and clean-up workers. The course consists of separate video modules for each section which are accessed through the AGA website via a member login. A member login is required to view the course, and restricted video access is granted for 1 month. The course consists of four separate modules that explore different sections of the total galvanizing process:

1. Overview of the Galvanizing Process, Quality, and Inspection

2. Galvanizing Chemistries and Solutions

3. Zinc and the Galvanizing Kettle

4. Productivity and Material Handling

Successful completion and passing of the online test (80% or greater) qualifies an individual for recognition as a Master Galvanizer. A digital certificate will be provided. It is not required to take the test if you only wish to view the training videos and not receive a certificate. Relevant guides, references, and tools for each seminar module are provided as downloads for the participant’s future reference.
