I think the evolution of technology has allowed tribal knowledge and best practices to be shared and distributed more effectively leading to significant improvement in efficiencies and customer service. The consistency provided to the market is light years ahead of where it was when I started my career.
My View of the Current State of the Industry
Current demand and outlook are both strong, but we need to continue to grow the pie and supply through education and expansion with existing accounts, prospective customers, specifiers, and end-users.
