Solar-Powered Water Wheel Making Headlines
The Solar-Powered Water Wheel in Baltimore is making headlines. A video on NBC News provides a great story on the wheel, which is capable of removing 50,000 pounds of trash in the water per day. The Baltimore Sun also posted a video and story on the background of this wonderful example of galvanized steel in use. Sustainability is important in the galvanizing industry, and this project shows what hot-dip galvanized steel can add to an already environmentally friendly product. Check out the Water Wheel in the AGA Project Gallery, in an article from Inhabitat.com, on the Baltimore Sun website, and on NBC News.
