CloseOld Dominick Distillery is a maker of Bourbon founded in Italy. Founded 150 years ago by Dominick Canale the Bourbon is still family owned and operated. The renovation of the new Distillery was born from the original plans of the original in Italy, where over a century and a half ago they used galvanized steel for their spirts and ingredient storage hoppers. The Galvanized steel, a staple in Europe for such things, was decided there could be nothing less than galvanized steel for the renovation.
