Given the cost effectiveness of hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), Loadrite chose galvanizing to supplement its higher costing aluminum products. Loadrite specified steel suitable for HDG and the galvanizer provided not only the showroom quality that their product needed for their demanding customers, but also set up a schedule that was fast and reliable to the point where Loadrite changed over to "just in time" inventory control.
