CloseThe trailers in this project have had a lot of design put into them so they could be galvanized. These trailers are high-end, and customers demand equally high quality.
The utilities industry wants a product that will last a very long time and handle lots of abuse; thus, galvanizing was chosen. The trailers have tubular frames that have to be internally and externally vented. Vents had to be put in special areas that are not seen by end users, and the project was designed not to warp while galvanizing. These trailers are used daily and looked at for having the longest-lasting coating.
