This drawbridge in Marthas Vineyard was created with the expectation to last 25 years, and the stellar protection of galvanized steel against moisture and exposure made it the only choice to protect this bridge. The people of the area did not have to wait long for the bridge to be erected, thanks to the quick turnover of the galvanizing process. This bridge design is also leased and sent around the world, and galvanized steel keeps the bridge looking at performing its best.
