CloseThe Sky Screamer is a triple tower ride in MarineLand in Niagara Falls, Ontario. MarineLand sits along Niagara Falls skyline, and the Sky Screamer gives passengers a spectacular view of the falls during the thrill ride.
Galvanizing was specified for the Sky Screamer tower because of it long-term corrosion performance. Because the tower stands over 450 feet, minimal maintenance is desired. The owner wanted something that would maximize the life of the Sky Screamer without requiring difficult and costly maintenance to the tall structure. The owner specified HDG steel specifically for the long-term life, free of corrosion, and then had the entire structure painted white for aesthetic appearance.
