Edgewater Place

First constructed in 1982, Edgewater Place Apartments hand railing was painted. Only 18 years later, the entire complex went through a complete overhaul, especially the corroded hand railing. It was determined that the steel was in good enough condition so that it could be stripped of the paint, cleaned, and galvanized. The railings were then painted for aesthetic purposes. Having this duplex coating will give the railings a life for longer than any paint system can by itself.
