350 W. Ash Urban Home

Located in the heart of Little Italy, 350 W Ash is a high-rise converted residential building housing 76 condominiums. The developer was aiming for an attractive, modern look that was low maintenance nearly the definition of hot-dip galvanized steel. In addition to providing the desired look and required low maintenance, hot-dip galvanizing was cost competitive with painted systems initially and superior over the life-cycle. The attractive, modern trellis will appeal to the young professionals flocking to the area without being an unnecessary expense in the future.
