Hot-dip galvanizing was selected for the coating durability and initial life-cycle cost. The job cost may be slightly higher initially, but due to the longevity of the coating, this wil cut down on the maintenance and up-keep of the project, therefore lowering the overall costs of the project.
This is an exciting new 4.4 acre dining, entertaining and retail district centered in the heart of South Philadelphia Sport Complex and it is the only mixed-use venue in the country that shares its location with four major professional sports teams. There is a large potential for market growth as other cities begin looking at building similar venues, as well as a high visibility to the public.
