All the steel used on the entire project was 100% hot-dip galvanized. The interior of the building used a duplex system for aesthetic purposes. Located in a semi-tropical climate, the owner and fabricator agreed the initial cost of hot-dip galvanizing was very competitive when compared to a primer, but with a much longer life. Turn-around time was critical because site availability was limited due to seasonal rains. The quality of the coating itself is outstanding. Celebrating 100 years of Harley Davidson, what a more fitting tribute than to build a dealership offering the ultimate Harley Davidson experience than in a building engineered using 100% hot-dip galvanized steel.
