To become a Franchisee of a Condado Taco Restaurant, you must buy your Salsa from the Marzetti Company, your Beef must be U.S. American Midwestern Raised, you can only serve Coca Cola Soft Drinks, Sweet Heart Paper Products, there can only be a corner building location, and among many other things the coating system on your steel products can only be ASTM 123 hot-dip galvanized by a member of the American Galvanizers Association.
"The Railing and Gate areas are usually the first things that are finished on time for any of our Grand Openings"
Outdoor seating is a big part of this restaurants attraction with the food that is served and the clients they attract. This made it very important to the owners and the Architect that they had a maintenance free decorative fencing and railing for the outdoor dining area. The "Look" of the galvanized steel gave them that southwestern appearance, for the entree's they serve. The corrosion protection was beyond anything they could have hoped for. So much so, it has become a staple for all of the steel in all of their restaurants .
