The choice to add a safety fence around the top two was something that came as an additional feature to help prevent Veteran Suicide.

22 Veterans a day succumb to suicide on American soil. Being able to provide a small part in helping to prevent Veteran suicide by adding the safety fence is the overall goal of improving health for all of our courageous veteran men and women. As the VA had conversations to help prevent this statistic, they went with the galvanized coating to ensure long-lasting low maintenance and cost-effectiveness.
