CloseThe tricycle planter, purchased at an antique shop, had peeling paint and was rusted. Since it was to be used as a decorative planter at a private residence, it was necessary that it be rust-free, aesthetically pleasing, and maintenance free.

The pickling process removed all the surface contaminants and hot-dip galvanizing provided the corrosion protection. The duplex coating provided the Owner's aesthetic requirements.
