Clearwater Mills reunited with us to work on another project thats would help reduce trash in the Chesapeake Bay. This time Clearwater Mills designed a Trash Rack that when full will automatically empty itself.
Clearwater Mills fell in love with hot-dip galvanizing after their first project (The Trash Wheel) took off a few years back. The sustainability and time to first maintenance were key to the design. The machines that they are using to help rid our water ways of trash and debris have become vital to the cleanup effort in our state. Being able to put these machines in place and not have to constantly fix a rusted piece allows them more time to work.
