Dennis needed a way to carry his Sherp on a truck so he could pull a second one behind on a trailer. A Sherp is an all-terrain vehicle than can move on any surface and overcome the most difficult natural obstacles. Not only is it fun, It is often used for rescues and recoveries. As an owner of AWI of Winsted, MN, Dennis had his team get to work. They designed a one of a kind truck bed specifically for the Sherp. Having experience with galvanizing for his customers Dennis knew he wanted his personal truck bed galvanized. A lot of time was spent working with their local galvanizer to ensure the design would not only drain and vent properly but, equally important it would not have any warping. This vehicle gets a lot of attention and initiates a lot of conversations so he wanted to make sure he had something that would look good as well as hold up to the environments this would go through.
