The railroad signal in Nowata, Oklahoma, a refurbished antique from the early 20th century, was donated to the town. This item is of great importance to the region and needed to be protected from the elements to ensure constant viewing pleasure.
To maintain the look of the railroad signal, hot-dip galvanizing was chosen for around-the-clock corrosion protection. In total, 500 pounds received the coating, included the entire signal. The ease in coating application, its durability, and its excellence in corrosion protection has made the project a success. The railroad signal will stand erect and rust-free for many years thanks to hot-dip galvanizing.
