Transporting nature lovers through the tranquil Deer Valley Resort, the People Mover runs year around in Park City, Utah. The area is known for having a keen eye for aesthetic beauty. When planning the People Mover, the owners desired a coating that would protect against corrosion without maintenance. 

The project is highly susceptible to corrosion as it runs year around in extreme weather. Hot dip-galvanizing (HDG) was also chosen because the zinc coating is not harmful to the environment. The galvanized components of the project include the following: embeds in concrete, track supports, reaction components, track, and landing. The project was designed to have more than a 50-year lifespan with minimal maintenance or environmental impact. The People Mover in Deep Valley Resort will be a lasting guide for nature enthusiasts without cumbersome corrosion.
