With more than 168,000 cubic meters of water going over the crest line of Niagara Falls every minute, it is only practical to protect the steel with a galvanized coating which provides a durable, cost effective coating that can withstand a much higher level of corrosion. The decision to galvanize this project was influenced by the location of the attraction which runs along the Niagara Gorge.

Niagara Falls is a popular tourist attraction with visitors from all over the world. The Zip Line has been galvanized to provide a high level of safety. The low maintenance requirements of hot-dip galvanized steel make it the most suitable application for this attraction. With the "Time to First Maintenance" chart showing roughly 80 years before any repair work is required, it was "safe" to say galvanizing this structure was the best decision made to ensure the safety of all patrons.
This 2,200 ft. Zip Line Ride Attraction runs parallel to the Canadian side of the Niagara River Gorge. The attraction begins at the top of the Horn Blower Tour elevator shaft and ends at the base of the world famous "Horseshoe" Falls.
This attraction is visible to an average of 12 million tourists that visit Niagara Falls yearly. This Zip Line allows visitors to see one of the 9 wonders of the world up close, like never before.
