Graver Technologies recently expanded its New Castle, Delaware operations to establish a dedicated home for its growing Adsorbents business- now the company’s fourth manufacturing center. As part of this expansion, Graver, in collaboration with a trusted contracting team and engineering partners, implemented a new Ecosorb Processing System to enhance environmental performance at the site.
Natural oils purify the air; zinc shields the structure- each a testament to building with care for both people and place.
The Ecosorb system employs natural essential oils- delivered through atomization or misting- to neutralize industrial odors at their molecular level rather than masking them. By breaking down odor compounds into non-toxic byproducts, Ecosorb provides an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional chemical-based odor control. These systems can be precisely tailored to a wide range of industrial applications and integrated with advanced controls for operational efficiency.
Project scope included design, structural steel fabrication and erection, mechanical equipment setting, concrete work, and installation of all process, utility, and underground piping. Hot-dip galvanizing was selected for the structural steel due to its proven corrosion performance, durability, and life-cycle cost advantages. The completed structure- composed of beams, channels, angles, and tubular members and totaling more than 55,000 pounds of steel- was delivered safely, on schedule, and ready to support the facility’s long-term operational demands.
