Koch Carbon Load-out Telescoping Conveyor

MASABA has been a leader in the design and manufacture of conveyors for more than 40 years. Often exposed to brutally unforgiving conditions, conveyors must be exceptionally rugged to survive.  With this in mind, MASABA wanted to protect their new telescoping conveyors with a rugged corrosion protection system – hot-dip galvanizing. The telescoping conveyors presented a bit of a challenge for hot-dip galvanizing as they have many moving parts and final fit was highly important. Working closely with the galvanizer and selecting steel with an eagle-eye lead to a very successful end product. With hot-dip galvanized steel, MASABA can continue their mantra of building equipment that not only works, but also lasts for decades.
